Carefully pack the unused items in their original decorative packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
